Greesand Premixer cooler

This machine is a continuous premixer with the addition of cooling, expressly studied to treat foundry sand, with the aim of obtaining a homogeneous distribution of pre-humidification water, forced evaporative cooling, keeping at the same time the homogenization of the water in the grain of sand and thus, eliminating the phenomenon of "free water".

The machine was even designed as a compromise for foundries where there is no physical space to insert a fluidized bed cooler after the premixer, also producing good benefits on the return sands, in terms of cooling and constant humidification. The MUR premixer cooler is particularly suitable for treating return sand with an initial temperature of up to 100 ° C and a maximum flow rate of 180 T/h.
