Charging feeders

The Charging feeders is used to load the melting feeders. It can be mobile and thus charge several ovens if necessary. Filling is usually done using an electromagnet, a bottom bucket or a tipper. JML designs and supplies complete furnace loading assemblies. Metal fillers are generally packaging of scrap metal, stamping scrap, recycling materials, chips, granules, alloy elements, etc...
The Charging feedershas a vibrating bottom usually driven by 2 unbalanced motors. It is possible to integrate a helmet receiving the fusion additives (Ferro alloy). Noise can be reduced by sandwiched rubber plates at thevibrating trough and by installing soundproofing panels on the side of the loader. The spout is made of heat-resistant steel and can be equipped with a suction cover.
