Sogemi Engineering srl has been designing and manufacturing equipment and complete plants for over 55 years for foundries working with NO-BAKE sand resin processes. Our production is made to improve the quality and the productivity of foundry processes through automated equipment and through the development of eco-friendly technologies with a particular care for the reclamation of foundry’s sand.
Our production is divided into:
SAND RECLAMTION DIVISION
• Mechanical reclamation of sand chemically bonded for No-Bake processes - PRE-REGENERATOR SHAKEOUT DECK – GAMMA-MILL
• Thermo-mechanical reclamation of sand bonded with sodium silicate – GAMMASIL
• Thermal regeneration, and total reuse, of all kind of sands with organic and inorganic binders - SIMPLEX
• Chromite magnetic separation and regeneration
• Green sand regeneration for the production of cores – GREEN-REC
""NO-BAKE"" DIVISION
• Continuous mixers (pivotal, articulated, mobile on truck) – RNK SERIES
• Moulding lines for moulds (motas) and flasks (cajas)– MOULDING LOOP
• Dense phase pneumatic transport
